Poland at the beginning of the 20th century

I am sorry that it has taken me a while to add to the blog, but John and I were on vacation.  Today’s addition will be our first look at events in Poland during the late 1800s and early 1900s.  Mom (Wanda) was told a lot of stories by her mother (Pauline) about events occurring in Poland during the time Pauline lived with her grandparents.  Pauline’s parents went to America when she was a child and left her to be raised by her grandparents.   Believe me, I know this is confusing, especially when you throw in Polish names!  Please click on the blog roll called Cybulski family – part 1.

REally interesting. Either I wasn’t listening or Mom was tired of telling these stories by the time I came along.

WOW!! This is great Andie/Linda! I think I have seen a picture of Uncle Fil’s wedding, but I never knew that was Great Grandma! When did she leave America and why didn’t any of us meet her? Short genes on that side of the family…. something later generations should be aware of. Tall must come from Grandpa Werbicki and our Dad….
